I Tried to Sell an AI-Made App Ad and Hit the Pros’ Wall

Yesterday I told you I’d made an app ad video with automation. In my eyes, it looked pretty convincing. So I did some market research to see if I could sell it. The rough 50,000–100,000 won range turned out to be the template market, and it seemed surprisingly easy to enter.

But I got a serious shock once I approached the 500,000-won mark. That’s the territory of established video professionals. The visual quality is on a completely different level: the overall look is different, the composition is different, the camerawork is different, and even the flow of the transitions is different. When I looked up their careers in surprise, well… it turns out experience really is the biggest difference.

It’s the “established professional plus AI wings” league, so this isn’t a field where a nonprofessional can simply show up with some AI assistance and join in. I suspect that’s probably true in just about every field.
